These Terms govern your access to and use of Neon Drift Arena websites, events, and the NDA app (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum age required by your country.
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Tickets, Events & Safety

Tickets are subject to venue rules and local law. We may refuse entry or remove attendees for safety reasons.
Follow marshal instructions, lane markings, and posted signage at all times.
Some effects include loud music and flashing lights. If you are sensitive to these, please take appropriate precautions.

3. User Content & Conduct

You retain rights to content you submit but grant NDA a worldwide, non-exclusive license to operate, display, and improve the Services.
No illegal, hateful, infringing, or unsafe prompts. No harassment, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt events.
We may moderate or remove content and apply cooldowns, mutes, or access limits where needed.

4. Intellectual Property

All NDA trademarks, logos, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to NDA and are protected by law. You may not use our marks without prior permission.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are handled by our payment partners under their terms. Except where required by law or event cancellation, all fees are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, NDA disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, NDA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a safety risk, or engage in illegal activity. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Governing Law

Where permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where the event occurs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or safety changes. We’ll post the updated version and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
